Platform Owner - G&A

Verimatrix is looking for an ambitious and intuitive self-starter to join our Enterprise Apps – Salesforce team. As the Operations Platform Manager, you are responsible for planning, implementing and improving business applications that intersect with Global Operations (Professional Services, Support, and NOC) and Client Integrations. You are a positive influencer that can drive consensus in a high-demand, fast-paced, global environment. In this multifaceted role, the ideal candidate is not only an initiator, but is also willing to learn and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain system-side ownership of all Operations related solutions, working with stakeholders to set a vision and continuously improve its functionality
  • Set viable quarterly Program Increment (PIs) goals that promotes a value-driven balance of strategic and tactical enhancements
  • Be the Operations technical advocate, by deeply understanding the goals/needs of the stakeholders and how they operate
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Operations related tools, features and trends for how they might apply to and benefit Verimatrix
  • Support stakeholder feedback and prioritization of requests by identifying gaps and formulating cost and benefits analysis.
  • Groom requirements (“Epics” to “Stories”) in JIRA by conferring with stakeholders; evaluating their needs, procedures and processes.
  • Devise and propose viable solutions to stakeholders by evaluating all alternative workflows, potential applications, and costs to implement.
  • Document a charter for each project (“Saga”) and obtain sign-off prior to initiation; charters include: process ownership, impacted stakeholders, project roles, dependencies, risks, and scope
  • Oversee the implementation of your solutions by working with the product owner/scrum teams and ensuring stakeholder commitment and engagement throughout
  • Measure and present the results and actual ROI of your implemented solution(s) through KPIs


  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Platform Manager or related role (e.g. Product Manager, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, Program Manager) of cloud software development
  • Experience with program/portfolio management, a must. SAFe, preferred
  • Experience with (Service Cloud), preferred
  • Experience collaborating with Finance and Accounting, Legal, and/or HR, a plus
  • Strong ability to lead initiatives from concept to completion
  • Strong ability to intuit users’ needs with little detail or guidance
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interacting with all levels of the organization with ease
