Team Assistant Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Team Assistant provides general administrative support to employees and teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will enjoy handling a variety of tasks at any given time. Most importantly, the candidate will work well within a multi-cultural environment and possess exceptional communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.

This is a part-time role (20 hours/week), working times are Monday-Friday 13:30-17:30.

Some tasks the Team Assistant will have

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, answering external and internal telephone calls
  • Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail per E-mail, post or courier
  • Maintenance of conference rooms and kitchen areas
  • Managing office supplies and stationery
  • Liaising with housekeeping and other utility providers on day to day facilities issues
  • Assistance with the processing of expense reports
  • Other general administrative tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Fluent in English and German language
  • Team player, self-driven, customer-oriented and stress-resistant
  • High attention to detail
  • One to two years’ experience in a similar role


This position is based in Ismaning near Munich, Germany and reports to Director, HR and Administration, EMEA.
